These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all customers and users of 2 Sisters Boutique's website and services, including the purchase of handmade jewellery, booking of events. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
2 Sisters Boutique's is based at Ponteland, Northumberland England. All jewellery sold is handmade by us. As such, slight variations may occur between product photographs and the actual items received.
2. Products and Handmade Nature
All items are individually handmade, so slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. We do our best to represent products accurately on our website, but images are illustrative only and are not guaranteed to reflect the exact item received.
No ownership is granted to 2 Sisters boutique for other business logo or labels used in products.
3. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed online through our website.

Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering or booking.

We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure online methods.
4. Delivery

We dispatch items within the timeframes stated on each product page.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

We are not liable for delays due to postal or courier services.
5. Cancellations and Returns – Jewellery Purchases

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

You must return the item in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
6. Booking Events

All Events must be made in advance via our website.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

You may cancel an event ticket up to 14 days after booking and more than 7 days before the class to receive a full refund.

Cancellations after 14 days of booking or made less than 7 days before the class or session will **not be refunded**.

If we cancel an, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule.
7. Event Health and Safety

When attending events, all users must follow our the event location Health and Safety Guidelines.

We reserve the right to refuse studio access to anyone failing to comply with these guidelines.
8. Liability

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of products or failure to follow instructions or safety guidance during events.

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and branding, is the property of 2 sisters Boutique and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
